2. RENRAKU - Contacting/Informing
What it is: Sharing factual information with colleagues or teammates.
When to do it: When there are changes in schedule, meetings, or simple updates that don't require an opinion.
Example: "The delivery truck will arrive 10 minutes late today."
3. SOUDAN - Consulting
What it is: Seeking advice or opinions from your senior or manager when you are unsure about something.
When to do it: Before making a big decision or when you encounter a problem you cannot solve alone.
Example: "I'm not sure how to use this new machine. Could you please show me?"
